The rooms, bedding, towels were all fresh and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and very communicative and accommodating of our requests. The location is central and close to many shops and restaurants.

I liked the friendly and helpful staff especially the lady at the reception called Hasna, who i communicated with from the start arranged our airport pick up (which was swift and hustle free) i really enjoyed her service, she was friendly and ready to help or accomodate at any corner, i surely recommend Havanna Hotel Cairo for stay any day! Thank you Havanna! Thank you Hasna!

In terms of my visit, this was an excellent facility, ideally located and well appointed. The staff were always exceptionally helpful; I mostly ate outside the hotel, in order to widen my experience of Egyptian food. But the bar was a hive of activity and although I was travelling alone, I soon made many friends over a cool glass of Stella. Special commendation to Mustafa for his kindness and attentiveness to me.

Our stay in Havana was perfect! The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially Hiba, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was spotless and well-maintained. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we can't wait to return!

The breakfast was very healthy. The location of the hotel was excellent - a good position to experience true Cairo life.

Very nice staff the hotel is nice and clean and if you need any help or assistance don't hesitate to ask the manger Mr Ihap he is very helpful Ido recommended
